Today was my weigh in day at Weight Watchers. I lost -0.4 pounds. Well, normally this would make me cry, but I did go to Minnesota and not eat very well. I decided I didn't really have to diet while I was there. Always a big mistake for me. Oh well, all I can do is stay focused on my goals. I have set a few short term goals for myself.
Loss of 20 pounds- New Outfit
Loss of 50 pounds- New iPod
Goal- Belly dancing Lessons
That's all I have so far. I think that when I hit goal I should get to go to Europe and forget about the belly dancing lessons! HA!
I want to lose a total of 80 pounds, so I have a ways to go. However, if I don't stay focused, it is going to take me a lot longer than it has to.

You are awesome and already an inspiration to others look at you go girl! I really do love this diet for you . I love that you get done eating ice cream and are excited that it was delicious and only two points. You need to update your goals though, you deserve all that stuff now, even before you lose those lbs.Make them more frequent so you are getting something every two to three weeks. Let's keep you motivated. I think you should get porn for every half pound lost, jk.Keep it up though baby, but we probably should find a cat food that is low in points now so we are not scrambling once we are in our house.
Oh yeah one more thing, I noticed your pants are getting loose in the ass, you will fit in our miniature shower so much easier.
